Candle Making Workshop - Saturday May 9th 2-5pm
The founder of On a Wick & a Prayer and all-round candle expert Annie, first began making candles over 28 years ago from her kitchen table. In our hugely popular candle making workshops she will share her wealth of knowledge and experience with you as you learn how to make a set of your very own candles.
The workshop includes lots of choice of our beautiful, unique fragrances along with colours for your wax.
You'll get to make:
• 6 votive candles candles using the colour and fragrance of your choice
• A pair of hand dipped ombre taper candlers
• A full set of scented soy wax melts.
And you'll also get to take away a pillar candle making mould and your remaining candle wax to continue candlemaking at home.
Price includes all materials, not to mention the essential biscuits (and cuppa's) too!
All workshops take place in the upstairs studio of Tissington Craft Corner, based in The Joiners Shop, Tissington, Derbyshire, DE6 1RA. Please be aware, due to our location upstairs in an old building, access is only by 5 stone steps. Free parking is 200yds away opposite Tissington Hall.
