Hartington Village Hall Candle Workshop Friday 17th July 7-9pm
The founder of On a Wick & a Prayer and all-round candle expert Annie, first began making candles over 25 years ago from her kitchen table. In our hugely popular candlemaking workshops she will share her wealth of knowledge and experience with you as you learn how to wax melts and a pair of hand rolled beeswax candles.
Using the finest soya wax you will choose from a selection of over 20 of our exclusive fragrances to create two fabulous container candles.
Then for the second half of this workshop you will choose from a selection of colours to hand roll a beautiful beeswax candle and then carefully decorate it.
And you'll get to take away a bottle of Eazicandle wax to continue candlemaking at home.
Price includes all materials, plus the essential biscuits (and cuppa's) too!
All workshops take place in the upstairs studio of Tissington Craft Corner, based in The Joiners Shop, Tissington, Derbyshire, DE6 1RA. Please be aware, due to our location upstairs in an old building, access is only by 5 stone steps. Free parking is 200yds away opposite Tissington Hall.
